We had our wedding here sat July 6 and I couldn’t say enough good things about it. Jessica our coordinator was AMAZING everything went perfect. Any hiccup was delt with quickly! She was amazing with our group and laughed along with us! Highly recommend anyone getting married at Caradoc Sands to ask for Jess as their coordinator!
Our wedding at Caradoc Sands was a great experience. The pricing, free decor and the waterfall backdrop for the ceremony were what sold us initially, as well as the coordinator at the time. We booked a year and a half in advance, so there were a few changes that happened in that time, including a new coordinator. We were nervous about this because we did have a lot of confidence in her, but Jessica stepped in and did a great job. Jess is very laid back but it is evident that she has a lot of heart in what she does. She set up all the greenery for the table centrepieces, made sure the whole reception and ceremony space was set up perfectly, and was very “hands on” on the day of. My wedding party was impressed at how often she came and checked in, like how dinner was etc. The staff was all very nice and friendly, and all seemed to care that the day went well. There is a convenient bridal suite downstairs that we got dressed in which is nice for access to store the belongings of the wedding party during the day/night. I loved the garage doors that open onto the patio for the dance floor. We appreciated their flexibility in accommodating a lot of our requests. Food was delicious!! There was a lot of “extras” that went a long way, like custom labels for the table wine with our photo, a slideshow with custom drinks listed above the bar that Jess put together, golf carts for the wedding party to use for photos, and of course the free decor. I only purchased greenery for centrepieces and used lanterns and candles that the venue had. Jess was always free to meet with us or chat on the phone and was really good with quick communication throughout the whole process. Thank you to Jess and all the staff at Caradoc Sands for helping make our day so great!
I recently had my wedding at Caradoc Sands and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work. Everything about this venue is spectacular. I could not have asked for a better team to work with.
Our daughter got married here this past weekend and everything was amazing. The food was awesome, all of the staff were friendly and very efficient. Thanks to the wedding planner Jess, the bartenders especially Sarah. We would highly recommend this venue.
My husband and I had our wedding at Caradoc Sands last year. We were initially drawn to Caradoc Sands because of the outdoor ceremony space, ability to take photos on the grounds, reasonable prices, reception space, and having a coordinator to work with us. Leading up to the wedding Caradoc Sands was great to work with – I think there is always going to be some stress leading up to such a big day! Everything went exactly as we could have hoped on the day of our wedding. It was soooo helpful to have Jess and staff set everything up and make sure that everything ran smoothly. We barely had to bring any decor because of all of the options that they have that you can use, which was a huge plus. The reception space overlooking the golf course was a perfect amount of space for our group of about 130 people. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. We loved being able to open up the garage doors and have our dance floor on the back patio. Jess was very accommodating throughout the day and was always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. There are so many options out there for where to have your wedding but Caradoc Sands has the perfect mix of everything!
We were so glad we had our wedding at Caradoc Sands this August. Jessica and her team go above and beyond to make sure your day goes smoothly. We had a beautiful ceremony by the waterfall, a delicious dinner, and a great dance party on the covered patio!
