Our rates include all taxes, gratuities, staffing, set up, tear down, basic linens, applicable government fees (SOCAN, liquor licensing, etc).

There are ZERO hidden fees when you book with Caradoc Sands. Figuring out your budget is simple when you’re only calculating two fees: the price per person, and our flat rental rates.
